One more prior to episode 30.
Because Bulma'd have to talk to Vegeta about Gokû while they were in her lab before Gokû woke up with what she witnessed earlier in ep 29. (Or at least I'd think she'd want to talk to him about Gokû.
)
-I'm still convinced the start of Gokû's deeper interest in Vegeta goes back to after their defusion inside Buu in Z; there are quieter shades of 'Notice me, Veggieta-senpai' in Gokû after they de-fuse that aren't present before the fusion; it only becomes full blown in Super after the 1:41 long princess-catch in ep 14. At least in theory imo.
-Vegeta's aware that something's changed in Gokû, but he's ignoring the possible danger that something's unsafe because he's so thrilled to have his wish of having Kakarrotto pay attention to him being fulfilled. A chunk of the Majin Vegeta stuff was 'Forget the
tournament/kais/Majin Buu and pay attention to me, Kakarrotto!'.
-The first time Bulma broke up with Yamcha back during the Red Ribbon arc it was because Yamcha was popular with the girls at school. She's been with Vegeta a lot longer and cares for him (hence the vengeance Bulma's decided to take against Beerus for treating Vegeta poorly. By attempting to collect the remaining super dragon ball she'd give herself leverage against Beerus using the wish for destructive purposes) and doesn't want to lose him to Gokû. She remained friends with Yamcha, so she'd probably still after some time passes remain friends with Vegeta and Gokû (Gokû is her oldest friend after all), but she doesn't want Vegeta placing himself in a dangerous situation. The way Gokû invades Vegeta's space is something Bulma's never seen Gokû do to anyone before. If events transpired where Gokû would wind-up going complete Bad End (like if Gokû entered a worst-case-scenario), Bulma would try to rescue Vegeta and take him back.
-Since under Kamesennin, Kuririn and Yamcha became pupils after Gokû did, that would make them Gokû's underclassmen/kohai. Vegeta's the very first senpai Gokû's been learning with simultaneously. (Karin, Mr. Popo, and Kaio all had students before Gokû, but never any experienced students studying the same time Gokû studied).
-Omake doodle at the end is unrelated; I still think Vegeta's grey armor looks like a student's gakuran, be it on purpose or not.
